Lokakuussa 2020 paljastui, että terveydenhuoltoalan yritykseen on kohdistunut tietomurto, jossa potilastietoja vuoti hakkerin käsiin. Turun Perhelääkärit Oy käyttää eri potilastietojärjestelmää kuin yritys, johon tietomurrot kohdistuivat. Käyttämämme järjestelmä on turvallinen Valviran Kanta-sertifioitu A-luokan tietojärjestelmä, jolle on tehty Kelan Kanta-yhteistestaus, Valviran tietoturva-arviointi ja sillä on myös ulkopuolisen auditoijan tietoturvasertifiointi.
